3 Ways To Eat Fast Food And Drop Bodyfat!

Believe it or not you can get lean by eating fast food.

I know, it sounds crazy… but in a few weeks I’m going to prove it to the world with the release of my newest mini e-book “Fast Food Fitness: How I Dropped 40lbs Eating Fast Food Every Day.”

Do you think I’m joking?  I’m not.

Of course there’s a WAY to eat fast food and drop the pounds. You can’t just eat like everyone else does. That’s common sense.

And believe me, there are more healthy ways to drop the pounds than eating fast food… for sure.

But the way I figure it: Would you rather be healthIER and lean or UNhealthy and overfat?

Silly question… so consider “Fast Food Fitness” a path to the lesser of two evils… and one that actually got me to 10% bodyfat (that’s pretty lean!) a few years ago.

Here’s how it started:

I simply hate to cook!  I have since solved that problem… I hired a part-time chef (it’s cheaper than it sounds)… but until two years ago I was eating out every single meal… I mean EVERY MEAL.

Most of the time… not all of the time, but most of the time… these meals were fast food joints like burger joints and even fried chicken places.

But I had to keep my physique, so … what to do?

Well… you’ll have to wait. At least a few weeks.

Here’s 3 of my top 25 fast-food diet-tips… just these 3 will take you 1/3 of the way there…

First, use my Half-n-Half Principle. Order whatever you are going to order and then have the person behind the counter cut the order exactly in HALF.

Half to go… half to eat there.

Eat half now…. then the other half 3-4 hours later. Believe it or not you will store less bodyfat and even increase your metabolism eating like this.

Simple trick… give it a shot.

Second, ditch all the starch. That means buns, bread and anything made of flour. BUT here’s the “still tastes good” trick I use. I keep ONE of the pieces of bread from, say, my hamburger. Then I “pick” at it while I enjoy the meat and either a small diet soda or tea. Eat no more than 5 “picks” at the bread… about half a slice. You still get the exact taste of a burger with none of the stuff that makes most people over-fat.

Third, for you chicken lovers, split your order between fried and baked chicken. KFC has excellent baked chicken… try it. Then strip most of the skin off the fried chicken. Not all… most.

You still get the taste, but with far fewer bad food-stuffs and calories…. make sense?

Why excess abdominal fat is more DEADLY than you think

Did you know that the vast majority of people in this day and age have excess abdominal fat? The first thing that most people think of is that their extra abdominal fat is simply ugly, is covering up their abs from being visible, and makes them self conscious about showing off their body.

However, what most people don’t realize is that excess abdominal fat in particular, is not only ugly, but is also a dangerous risk factor to your health. Scientific research has clearly demonstrated that although it is unhealthy in general to have excess body fat throughout your body, it is also particularly dangerous to have excess abdominal fat.

There are two types of fat that you have in your abdominal area. The first type that covers up your abs from being visible is called subcutaneous fat and lies directly beneath the skin and on top of the abdominal muscles.

The second type of fat that you have in your abdominal area is called visceral fat, and that lies deeper in the abdomen beneath your muscle and surrounding your organs. Visceral fat also plays a role in giving certain men that “beer belly” appearance where their abdomen protrudes excessively but at the same time, also feels sort of hard if you push on it.

Both subcutaneous fat and visceral fat in the abdominal area are serious health risk factors, but science has shown that having excessive visceral fat is even more dangerous than subcutaneous fat. Both of them greatly increase the risk your risk of developing heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, stroke, sleep apnea, various forms of cancer, and other degenerative diseases.

Part of the reason visceral fat is particularly dangerous is that it apparently releases more inflammatory molecules into your body on a consistent basis.

If you care about the quality of your life and your loved ones, reducing your abdominal fat should be one of your TOP priorities! There’s just no way around it. Besides, a side-effect of finally getting rid of all of that excessive ugly abdominal fat is that your stomach will flatten out, and if you lose enough stomach fat, you will be able to visibly see those sexy six pack abs that everyone wants.

So what gets rid of extra abdominal fat? Is there actually a REAL solution beyond all of the gimmicks and hype that you see in ads and on commercials for “miracle” fat loss products?

The first thing you must understand is that there is absolutely NO quick fix solution. There are no pills or supplements of any sort that will help you lose your abdominal fat faster. Also, none of the gimmicky ab rockers, rollers, or ab belts will help get rid of abdominal fat either. You can’t spot reduce your stomach fat by using any of these worthless contraptions. It simply doesn’t work that way.

The ONLY solution to consistently lose your abdominal fat and keep it off for good is to combine a sound nutritious diet full of unprocessed natural foods with a properly designed strategic exercise program that stimulates the necessary hormonal and metabolic response within your body. Both your food intake as well as your training program are important if you are to get this right.

I’ve actually even seen a particular study that divided thousands of participants into a diet-only group and an exercise/diet group. While both groups in this study made good progress, the diet-only group lost significantly LESS abdominal fat than the diet & exercise combined group.

Now the important thing to realize is that just any old exercise program will not necessarily do the trick. The majority of people that attempt getting into a good exercise routine are NOT working out effectively enough to really stimulate the loss of stubborn abdominal fat. I see this everyday at the gym.

Most people will do your typical boring ineffective cardio routines, throw in a little outdated body-part style weight training, and pump away with some crunches and side bends, and think that they are doing something useful for reducing their abdominal fat. Then they become frustrated after weeks or months of no results and wonder where they went wrong.

Well, the good news is that I’ve spent over a decade researching this topic, analyzing the science, and applying it “in the trenches” with myself as well as thousands of my clients from all over the world to see what works to really stimulate abdominal fat loss.

The Wonderful Gift Of Being A Parent

Baby bath towels are a necessity if you have children. There are many types of baby bath towel including soft and fluffy ones as well as all kinds of colours. If you have a baby then finding a towel that does not swamp them can be difficult and that is why a baby towel is much better. Baby towels are made smaller with the baby in mind.

You might have always sat down at the dining room table to eat, but now you might not be able to do that. You might have to change your meal times around to fit in with the baby. There are many choices that you will have to make as a new parent and many sacrifices as well.

At the moment your baby needs feeding on demand and will tell you when their nappy is dirty, they want feeding or they need a cuddle. Although it is tempting to pick your baby up all the time. At first, they need rest and food. Suddenly you have someone that depends on you for every need that you give them. Although it is tiring it is also extremely rewarding and satisfying. There is no greater feeling than looking into the eyes of your new baby.

Do Not Be Afraid To Bring Your Baby Home From The Hospital

Bringing your new baby home from the hospital can be one of the most joyous experiences of your life. It can be a little frightening, too, but don not let it scare you too bad. You may have questions your forgot to get answered. The following paragraphs will further discuss bringing your little one home from the hospital.

The first thing you must know if you are a new parent is that you have to have something for your new baby to ride home in. A britax car seat works perfectly. It is important to know and to remember that the hospital will not allow you to leave with your baby if you do not have a proper car seat for the baby to ride home in.

Just about all new expectant mothers know to pack a bag ahead of time to take with them to the hospital. Included in that bag, in addition to things for the mother, should be an outfit for baby, as well as a few blankets to swaddle baby in. Most hospitals will not allow you to take the blankets or clothes your baby will use during their hospital stay.

Once you get the baby home, there will be some items you may need to have on hand. Newborn babies cannot be bathed in a tub or submerged in water. This cannot happen until their umbilical cord has fallen off. Baby bath towels are important for this reason. These towels keep your baby warm while you provide them with a sponge bath.

Finally, if you are going to breast feed your new baby, an electric breast pump can be a life saver. You should definitely have one of these at home, ready for the new Mom to use. This item will help insure the new Dad will not have to miss out on the chance to feed his new baby. Breast milk can easily be pumped into bottles and stored in the refrigerator. This enables new Dads to be able to help with in the middle of the night feedings, as well.

Bringing your baby home from the hospital does not have to cause you any anxiety at all. If you have the right materials, and all of your questions have been answered, you are sure to do just great.

Links Between Birth Control Pill and Infertility

Every day, all over the world, hundreds of thousands of women, use some kind of pharmaceutic birth prevention method or oral contraceptive such as the birth control pill to prevent pregnancy while engaging in sex. For many years now, oral contraception has been the most popular of birth control methods, currently used by over 12 million women in the United States alone.

Now, in the new era of the 21st century, researchers have developed much longer term ways of controlling pregnancy. Among these are the hormonal contraceptive ring that allows for roughly 3 uninterrupted months of contraceptive control. An additional birth control method is progestin implants, which discharge a continuous dose of progestin that acts to prevent ovulation. These implants can work from 3 to 6 years.

Women use contraception methods for a variety of reasons. Some women use them simply to prevent an unwished-for pregnancy. Others, however, use it as a means of spacing the births of their children. For those in the latter category, many fear that continuing to use pharmaceutical birth control will increase their chances of infertility and possibly prevent them from having children in the future.

Some of the less well known birth control methods include the Intra-Uterine Contraceptive Device or IUD, condoms, spermicidal lotions, and, of course, abstinence.

The IUD is made of metal and plactic and is inserted into the woman’s uterus. It prevents the fertilized female egg from being inserted into the uterine cavity, thus preventing pregnancy.

When you look at all the possible means of birth control, the ones that have the greatest chance for possibly causing future infertility are the IUD and the hormonal birth control methods such as the pill, hormonal contraceptive ring, and so on.

Consequently, if any of the women on either side of the family has had a trouble with fertility in the past, they should be very wary of using this kind of birth control. For that matter, any couple considering using any kind of birth control should consult with their doctor to determine if it will have any effect on their fertility.
