Do you think this is a good plan to lose 30 pounds in a month?
1st July, 2009I have to get ready for a wedding I’m going to and I want to lose 30 pounds.
I’m eating three times a day(which aren’t like big meals), cutting off all junk food, drinking only water and diet soda, and exercising an hour a day.
How much weight do you think I would lose and what other plans do you suggest?

I think its fine as long as you dont starve yourself. I suggest doing some exercise in the morning before eating anything. Do what you can do, if that means 20 minutes of walking then thats fine. If its more or involves running then thats fine. It doesnt matter where you start out, it matters where you end. Eat a clean diet. Cut out boxed and canned foods as best you can. But most important watch your calorie intake.

I think it is possible, but it will be hard. I want to lose at lease 30 pounds this month as well too, so if you want a weight loss partner, then i’d be happy to be. We are striving towards the same goals and sometimes it is good to surround yourself with people who are supportive during your weight loss program.

BTW: I am going to do the master cleanse for three days out of a week, and then resume eating veggies and fruits during the other four days. I plan on exercising six days a week for 45 minutes to an hour.
