How can I lose 30 pounds in a month?

I want to go back into the military but I have to lose my excess fat in a month, i have to lose about 30 pounds. I plan on eating salad and chicken and apples but thats it. I also planned a two a day gym visit that are about 2 hours each. Also gonna be taking diet pills. What else can I do to speed up the process? I need help!!!!!

Cut off a leg … it would be less dangerous.

    safe weight loss is 2-4lbs. a week anything more and you risk damaging your body.

    I wouldnt suggest you try to loose soo much weight soo fast! Ive never known if they work, but there are these drinks at Wal Mart that claime to make you loose several pounds in 48 hours. You should also consider eating foods that will make you..how do I say..Eliminate all the food already in your body before you get weighed in.

    Also make sure that you don't fill up with your salads. Just eat enough so you aren't hungry anymore, but not until you're totally full. Good luck!

    Don't do this. It's very bad for your health. Extreme diets can effect your gal blader functioning to the point where it would become defective and make you very sick. You will then need an operation to have it removed and you will never be able to eat certain food again.

    (Bad idea losing that much weight in that short of time. Healthy weight loss is 4 - 5 lbs. a month.)

    You definitely need to talk with your Doctor, perhaps a Dietician & a Physical Trainer….and plan a program You believe You can adhere to….It's not just about Losing the Weight…it should be a Healthy loss of weight!

    With a Time Frame of Only 1 Month…even complete Starvation may not help!?…Nor would you have the Strength or Endurance to physically do the simplest tasks!

    I don't think there's any diet that will help you lose that much in the First Month!?…But, If you, absolutely, must lose this weight in one month to gain this position, I'd suggest seeing Your doctor for Medical Options…such as Liposuction…Or consider re-applying within a 3 to 6 month period.

    It is possible to lose 30 pounds in a month. I did it by doing a version of the south beach and atkins diet. I just ate a lower fat version of the Atkins diet (which is like south beach). I only ate 20 carbs a day. Only veggies, meat, cheese, and eggs basically. Just look up the diet on the internet for what you can and can’t eat. I also worked out everyday. Cardio, weights, and pilates. I actually lost 30 pounds in less than a month. Goood luck!

    The Dr.Adkins diet (carb diet). You can lose a lb a day if you stay on it strict… 0-10 carbs a day. Eat all the meat/eggs/fish/chicken you want. Just make sure you take your vitamins every day. I’ve done it so know its possible, just very hard to stict to at first, but if you want it bad enough.. anythings possible :)
