How do I lose 30 pounds in 3 months?
15th December, 2008I want to lose 30 pounds in 3 months, but I want do it a healthy way. I’ve tried many different things, but I just can’t find any plans to stick to. I don’t want pills, or anything like that. I just want a way to lose the pounds healthily.

that should be fairly good.
1. no junk food (chips, pop, chocolate bars.)
2. do one activity daily (basketball, swimming ect)
3. walk everyday for 30 minutes.
4. snack on things with low calories.
5. when you are hungry, snack on some carrots or rice cakes.
6. for meals reduce your food intake, don’t SO much food.
7. as for liquids, only drink water (nothing else for drinks.)
8. sit ups/pushups before bed.

Amputate some part of your body that you consider to be surplus. You can healthily lose a pound a week by ingesting 500 fewer calories a day than you burn.

Just do what I did. Walk everyday, drink lots of water, and control portion sizes of your meals. At the beginning of the summer I weighed nearly 180 lbs, and now I weigh 153. Also, do some weight lifting, and no you will not get bulky. We don't have the testosterone levels that men have. Trust me about the weight lifting part. Even though I havent gone under 149 lbs( which I am at only in the mornings), I have lost inches, and toned up a little bit. I've lost inches in my butt too. And if you are like me and love pizza, only have 2 slices, thats it. Thats what I did. And only once in a great while did I go for an extra slice, and those times I usually felt too full and totally regretted it. So now if I want an extra slice, three is all I'll have.

1st drink half your body weight in ounces everyday. exp: if you weigh 200 lbs drink 100 ounces of H2O daily- but please don’t drink it all at once, spread it out evenly.
2nd eat 6-8 small meals a day, each meal should be no bigger than you fist. every 3 hours or so…
3rd If your hungry, eat. just do go over board! starving yourself IS NOT the answer!
4th walk, ride bike, run, jog, jazzersize, tae-bo. Whatever! Do something cardio based at least 1/2 hr to an hr everyday!
5th do not DO NOT each after 7:30 pm if you have not found time to eat before then, you were obviously NOT that hungry.
6th Start eating early don’t think if you can go longer without food you’ll loose more weigh, that is the exact opposite! The more often you eat in moderation the faster your metabolism works!

do wat i did …i dont eat rice,meat or any junk foods..i wasnt use to it at first cuz my sisters kept eatin in fron t of me and i will get soooo hungry and wen i get hungry ill eat a bowl of salad with sum good dressing YUMMmm!!!! n u can eat the salad with some pieces of grilled meat wen ur in the mood for sum meat..i stopped eating beef and pork. before i would always eat pork and beef now i dont. ever since then wen ever i eat like a meal i would get full easly and not eat ITS GREAT!!! im more energetic oo and also due sumthing to tone ur body ull loose twice the weight faster. i do track now and i do sit up and cardio.. u will feel great trust me. in september i weighted 167 almost my moms weight now i wieght 145 and every morning i weigh like 144 or 143 but other then that i hope i can were a two piece for the fist time in summer!!!!
