Eating so much junk food on daily bases will help only in putting weight not in increasing height. Living on these kinds of foods causes so much of weight by which the person does not seems to be taller. It is a fact that the personality and charisma of a tall person is a lot more impressive than an obese person. It is important to eat a lot of vitamins, minerals, and calcium; this will result in your body growing properly and you will easily get a good height.
