30 lbs means you need to burn 105 000 calories.
You can burn anywhere from 80 - 160 calories for running a kilometer so lets just approximate 100 calories.
That equals 1050 km to lose 30 lbs assuming your food intake equals your metabolism. So you just have to run 35 km a day for 30 days and you are set. Good luck.
