How to lose 30 pounds within 30 days?

I’m trying to lose 30 pounds within 30 days, and get healthier and stronger. Any tips?

Ok, do the numbers.
30 lbs means you need to burn 105 000 calories.
You can burn anywhere from 80 - 160 calories for running a kilometer so lets just approximate 100 calories.
That equals 1050 km to lose 30 lbs assuming your food intake equals your metabolism. So you just have to run 35 km a day for 30 days and you are set. Good luck.

    Sorry, no, not unless you become anorexic NOW! Because you would have to burn 3500 calories a day plus what you eat.

    That may be a bit ambitious. It depends on how many pounds you are overweight.

    As always, diet and exercise are the key.

    As for diet, try eating 6 smaller meals a day with a protein shake for breakfast and lunch. A single serving of fruit for mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack. Dinner should be a sensible meal- minimize rice and breads. Try this for a two-week period. Then, vary your meals accordingly.

    Workouts should have weights and circuit type of training. Free weights are great for toning and weight-loss. Try some of the powerlifts such as squats and deadlifts. You can try dumbbell squats with shoulder presses. Here is a great and effective circuit training using a treadmill. Walk for 2 minutes (as a warm-up), jog for 2 minutes, run hard for a minute, then jog for 2 minutes, run hard for a minute, etc…do this for about 20-23 minutes. This works great.

    By the way, do not be a slave to scale. Check the mirror also. It will show results.

    This is just a start. Keep working out and eating properly. You may not lose 30 pounds in 30 days- but you will be a whole lot closer to that goal compared if you did nothing.
