Some are just soft which is not so disturbing for some people sleeping next to your room but some may be very loud that can really make someone stay up all night. This is very embarrassing especially for women.

Yes, it’s right. It is a fact that not only men snore but women as well. Statistics show that about 45 percent of men and approximately 30 percent of women snore usually. Some people may not believe that they snore but they can never know if they do or not right? Only those who can be able to observe or hear them while they are sleeping can justify that. Not all people snore but there some cases that those who don’t snore can be heard snoring sometimes after they drink alcoholic drinks (freshen breath with thera breath), take in medicines or after a viral infection.

Since we sleep 8 or more hours a day regularly, it doesn’t mean that we snore that long also.
