What Diet Works Best To Lose 30 Pounds As Soon As Possible?

Okay, so I’d like to lose 30 pounds as soon as possible, I know I have to join a gym and stuff. But what diet works best?
I heard Atkins is really good, but I don’t know for sure.
And then I saw how celebrities are doing Jenny Craig.
So which diet should I choose?

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7
p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on your
initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don't
eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you
don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is
still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or
to buy special meals or plans.
these celebs, they take pills and have surgeries to be slim, then they tell people that they were on a "diet", to sound good and virtious.
Jenny Craig is already rich, save your money and use it on yourself. You should save money when dieting, not spend.

    Personally neither. The only way i would recommend you to chose those diets is if you need to have your portions controlled for you if you can't do it yourself. meaning you tend to eat unhealthy things without realizing there unhealthy and snack on junk foods. But if you need it I would chose Jenny Craig. Have you seen the before and after pics of the people that went on the atkins diet. They look gaunt, hard and sucked in. You need carbs and protein in your diet not just one of the other. Stick with Jenny Craig they give you real food, but at a pretty cost. Besides I actually know someone that used Jenny Craig and didn't exercise and they still lose a decent amount of weight about 17lbs. If they worked out while on the diet then they would have losed even more weight.

    check out the diet program at heavymotivation.com it is wayyy less than jeny craig and gives excellent results. they put more of ther money into the actually productthan on advertising so the progrm is really effective. I hope this helps.

    I lost 30 pounds without exercise but I was pretty big. I would recommend the South Beach Diet. It worked for me and if you are really computer savy they have an online web site that helps you with support and any questions you have about the diet. It’s really great and I recommend buying the first book and getting one of his 30minute recipe books. Good Luck!
